Rashaundra is responsible for designing dynamic routines, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and mentoring our coaching staff. Her unwavering commitment to the team goes beyond the mat—she is dedicated to building confidence, instilling discipline, and empowering every young athlete to become a resilient leader in the community.
