Terms of Service

By registering an athlete in the Stonecrest Spartans youth programs, you represent that you are the legal parent or guardian of the registered child and that all information provided is accurate and true. Any falsification of information (such as age or grade level) may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.

Participation in our athletic programs requires payment of the designated registration fee. Standard registration fees are non-refundable unless:

• The division or program is cancelled by Stonecrest Spartans due to capacity constraints or other scheduling factors.
• A medical condition prevents the athlete from participating, supported by a physician's written notice submitted before the start of the season.

Stonecrest Spartans strives to provide a positive, encouraging environment for youth development.

• Athletes: Must demonstrate good sportsmanship, attend practice regularly, respect coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents, and adhere to league rules.
• Parents/Spectators: Agree to support the team positively, refrain from verbal or physical abuse toward referees, coaches, players, or league officials, and respect the code of conduct on and off the field.

Failure to comply with these rules of conduct can lead to suspension or permanent banishment from games, practices, and facilities without a refund.

Every participant must sign the mandatory Youth Sports Liability Waiver before taking part in any physical practice or match. Parents or guardians acknowledge the inherent physical risks associated with full-contact football, cheerleading, and track activities and agree to assume full responsibility for their child's safety and medical insurance coverage during the season.
